If you are a domestic customer, then you get a 2-week hire of a skip. After this you must call us to book in the collection. However, if you need it for more than two weeks then there will be a rent chargeable of £20 per week.
If you are a commercial customer e.g. a builder or maybe a long-term rental on an industrial estate, then skip hire will be for a 4-week period and then a rental charge of £10 per week thereafter
If the skip is placed on private land (such as a driveway), no permit is required. If the skip needs to be placed on a public road, a permit will be needed from the local council. We can advise you on this and help arrange permits where required.
Most general waste, household waste, garden waste, and construction debris can be placed in our skips. Certain items such as asbestos, tyres, fridges, batteries, and hazardous waste cannot be accepted. Please contact us if you’re unsure about specific items.
